Hey there Musicians and Parents!
Band Camp will be starting very soon and we have some surprises in store for you! Band Camp will start on Monday, July 29th and will be each day of the week from 1PM to 8PM, from Monday to Friday, August 2nd. We have a lot of music and marching this year. Please be sure to wear athletic clothes and shoes, fit for marching. NO SANDALS OR FLIP FLOPS!!!
You will be fed each day! Thanks to our wonderful music parents, lunch will be provided from 4 - 5PM. It will be catered by various restaurants from Fairfield. This is a great example of how much we are loved by our parents, school, and community!
It is crucial that you be present for Band Camp, as we have a whole new facet of the football season to get ready for!

SHOW CHOIR ALERT!!

This is just a friendly reminder that we will be having Show Choir Camp, starting next week, from 1PM to 5PM on Wednesday, July 24th, Thursday, July 25th, and Friday, July 26th. We will be learning our new songs and dances in these three days for the Halloween Show, so please be there prompt, ready to get those voices raised and get those feet a movin'!
Bring water and comfy shoes and athletic clothes. Please do not wear crocs or flip flops. Once again, wear shoes!!!

New Wayne County CEO Facilitator: Sarah Rush was recently named the new Wayne County CEO Facilitator for area high school junior and senior students enrolling in the CEO program for the fall of 2024. Rush has volunteered with the program in the past and believes this position to be a perfect fit for her love for both the community and education as well as student success. Rush is an adjunct instructor at Frontier Community College and substitute teaches. "I am excited about this opportunity to not only mentor students in the study of entrepreneurship but also instill a passion for community engagement," said Rush.
Rush follows in the footsteps of Alyssa Short who has been at the helm for the past five years. Alyssa has recently joined Keys Real Estate in addition to owning and operating Blessed Blooms Flower Farm & Market.

Due to the weather, the 2024 Graduation Ceremony will be held at 5:00pm on Saturday, May 11th at the Center Street Gymnasium. There will be seating for approximately 1200 so tickets will not be needed. A live stream will be availible on Mule Nation.

Fairfield Community High School will be presenting its annual awards day for Seniors on Friday, April 26th in the east gym of the high school, starting at 8:30 am. Parents and guests are welcome to attend this event. All visitors are asked to enter through the gym lobby doors and sit in the bottom bleachers on the northwest side.
The Senior Scholastic Banquet was recently held at the First Christian Church. Congratulations to our Seniors!
